Job Title: Global Sales Engineer We are seeking a skilled professional to bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to drive revenue growth by presenting complex technical products to prospective clients and supporting the sales process with deep product knowledge. Key Responsibilities - Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective customers - Collaborate with account executives to develop and execute sales strategies for technical products - Respond to technical inquiries during the sales process and provide expert product guidance - Create and deliver customized technical proposals and solution architectures - Build and maintain relationships with key technical stakeholders at customer organizations - Understand customer technical requirements and translate them into viable solutions - Provide pre-sales technical support and serve as the primary technical point of contact - Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to showcase technical capabilities - Work closely with engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and feature requests - Partner with marketing to develop technical content, case studies, and competitive analyses - Support post-sales teams during implementation and onboarding phases - Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on market and customer insights - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and technical interactions in CRM systems - Assist in qualifying leads and identifying technical decision-makers - Support contract negotiations by addressing technical terms and specifications - Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics
