About the role This role is responsible for the development & adoption of Electrophysiology therapies in an assigned market. This position will design and execute a therapy awareness plan that is in alignment with the strategic priorities of Boston Scientific Electrophysiology division. This role is responsible for ensuring the assigned territory meets or exceeds sales objectives. Your responsibilities will include Develop annual Marketing plan, ensuring the implementation of the strategies and activities defined for the Electrophysiology Category. Ensure sales achievement, profitability, market share and growth of the Electrophysiology Category. Prepare and implement promotional materials focused on the sales channel attended. Identify key accounts, health care professionals, and business issues that have the greatest effect on the use of company products by meeting with existing and potential customers. Identify key patient journey and referral networks opportunities and strategies for the Electrophysiology therapies. Develop and enhance relationships through therapy awareness activities, routine customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, and trade show participation. Develop and continually enhance relationships with administrative hospital personnel to gain knowledge on unique hospital business dynamics. Define educational strategic programs to educate physicians on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products. Develop action plans by analyzing quarterly and monthly sales figures and reports. Lead Market Therapy analysis for Electrophysiology: Competitors, behavior patterns, prices, portfolio, therapy tendencies, and clinical data. Develop new accounts by generating the correct go-to-market segmentation. Work closely with the Product Manager and sales team in evaluating business conditions. Secure HCPs interaction process aligned with BSCI compliance policies. What We Are Looking for in You Required qualifications: Biomedical Engineering, Marketing or Administration. Ease of travel at least 80% of the time: Nationwide. One year of experience in 3D Mapping. Existing usage of 3D cardiac mapping system. Advanced English. Ease of speech. Self-Directed. Collaborative work. Work experience in Atrial Fibrillation/Cardiac Mapping/Structural Heart Procedure. Preferred qualifications: At least one year of experience in the healthcare industry. MS or advanced degree in business or healthcare.
