As a key member of the Lean Solutions Group team, the Accounting Support Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness of job accounting operations. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all job accounting teams adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain a seamless workflow execution. This includes managing workload distribution, providing operational reporting to upper management, and monitoring team performance using tools like Power BI, GetPaid, and Pathway. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise Leads and ensure balanced workload distribution across accounting teams. - Support workforce and succession planning for future leadership continuity. - Oversee collection and organization of all billing documentation. - Supervise the generation and timely submission of financial reports. - Monitor team performance and track KPIs. - Approve overtime requests and address productivity blockers. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required. - Experience leading leaders, coaching teams, and driving performance improvements within Collections, Disputes, Accounting and Billing or related areas. - Technical background, particularly in TMS, accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with upper management and senior leadership.
