We’re a U.S.-based marketing agency looking for a Marketing Assistant. This is a 100% remote role; we’re all about finding someone who’s cool, sharp, and in it for the long haul. What You´ll Be Doing: Grow and manage our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn...and whatever’s trending next). Create, schedule, and monitor content that makes people double-tap, comment, and share like there’s no tomorrow. Respond to comments and messages like the witty, on-brand voice of reason you are. Develop and execute strategies to boost engagement, reach, and actual conversions—not just vanity metrics. Analyze what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to go viral ASAP. Use Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to design graphics that are so good, even the creative director will slow clap. Edit videos that make people stop scrolling—and maybe even buy something. Help produce and edit our podcast (no Grammy required, just decent audio skills). Collaborate with designers, marketers, and strategists to make sure all content sings the same tune (on brand, on point). What We´re Looking For: 1–2 years of experience in social media management, community building, or content creation. Basic design skills with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar. Experience editing videos (bonus points if you know your way around Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut). A strong grasp of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends (yes, even the weird ones on TikTok). Top-tier communication skills—written and verbal. Memes count.
