Roles and Responsibilities Client Impact Manage deliverable development and workstreams across industries and problem statements Develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients using data and technology solutions Manage relationships with client managers, acting as a trusted partner Team Collaboration & Culture Develop business recommendations and deliver client presentations Organize and structure work, lead analysis, synthesize findings, and create storylines Lead team and external meetings, and project management Contribute to intellectual capital and solution development Mentor junior consultants and enable project ownership Qualifications Basic qualifications Undergraduate degree and experience in consulting, strategy, business intelligence, or related fields Experience managing clients or stakeholders Strong analytical and communication skills in English and local language Eligible to work in the country and for travel visas Preferred qualifications Experience managing tasks in team environments with third parties Experience coaching junior staff Relevant industry expertise MBA or master’s degree (not required) Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving Mastercard assets, information, and networks carry inherent risks.
