Requirements - Bachelor's degree ideally in engineering or business; master's degree or other advanced degree is preferred. - 4+ years of professional work experience in an industry or consulting environment. - Professional experience in procurement and/or supply management of services, contracts, and categories; and/or experience in product development in the basic materials, consumer packaged goods, chemicals, financial services, high-tech, oil and gas, and energy industries. - Knowledge and experience with digital procurement tools are highly valuable. - Interest in operational excellence and driving transformational change in organizations. - Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills. - Demonstrated initiative skills and creativity. - Ability to influence others. - Ability to work well both on your own and as part of a team. - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
