Sales Specialist – Residential Cleaning Services Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: EST Hours Location: Remote About the Role Just Peachy Clean, a woman-owned residential cleaning company based in South Daytona, FL, is seeking a confident, driven, and self-sufficient Sales Specialist to join their growing team. This role is designed for a hunter—someone who thrives on chasing leads, exceeding goals, and converting first-time cleanings into long-term recurring clients. You will manage the entire sales funnel, from initial lead qualification to onboarding new customers, and your success will be rewarded through a robust commission and bonus structure. This is a remote, long-term opportunity managed by UniTriTeam. You’ll be supported with training materials and ongoing coaching, but expected to operate with autonomy and urgency. Key Responsibilities · Qualify and convert inbound warm leads into booked services · Deliver quotes promptly (goal: within 1 hour) and follow up consistently · Achieve and exceed sales KPIs: - 45% close rate - 40% conversion from one-time to recurring services - Quote response time within the hour - Missed calls and messages returned within 24 hours · Confidently communicate service benefits and overcome objections (without relying on discounts) · Update GoHighLevel CRM with accurate call notes, pipeline stages, and follow-up tasks · Collect payment information during the sales process · Coordinate with internal teams to fill technician schedules and onboard new clients · Submit daily trackers, end-of-day reports, and weekly sales evaluations · Engage in continuous improvement (minimum 100 minutes/week of sales, communication, or mindset training) What We’re Looking For · Proven experience in residential or home services sales, especially cleaning industry preferred · Experience with MaidCentral software is a strong plus—familiarity with this platform will be helpful in supporting operational alignment · Strong hunter mentality – driven by results, confident in high-volume outreach, and proactive in closing · Required: Experience using GoHighLevel for sales pipelines, lead follow-up, and CRM updates · Comfortable with sales scripts but confident enough to improvise and personalize · High energy, well-organized, and capable of working independently with limited direction · Strong English communication skills and a polished, persuasive phone presence · Previous success in a remote or office-based phone sales environment · Comfortable participating in mock sales presentations as part of the interview process Perks of Working with UniTriTeam · 100% remote role · Supported by experienced U.S.-based leadership · Long-term opportunity with a stable, scaling client · Strong commission and bonus structure for high performers · Fast feedback cycles, clear expectations, and no micromanagement · Part of a high-performing global team with 100% retention Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): - Do you speak and write English fluently? - How many years of sales experience do you have? - Do you have proven experience in residential or home services sales (cleaning industry preferred)? - Do you have experience using GoHighLevel for sales pipelines, lead follow-up, and CRM updates? - What salary range are you looking for in US dollars per month?
