The ideal candidate will have strong writing, quantitative, and communication skills, and the ability to think creatively about research. Responsibilities include organic synthesis and complex organic radiochemistry in the design and preparation of signature PET radiolabeled molecular probes for bioimaging across disciplines including animal research and precision medicine. The candidate must meet eligibility requirements to work in the United States during employment. Qualifications A PhD in medical or organic chemistry or a related field by the start of the appointment. Extensive experience in small-molecule organic synthesis. Experience with analytical instrumentation (NMR, HPLC, GC, UV). Proven track record of independent research through peer-reviewed publications. Knowledge of C-11 and F-18 radiochemistry. Background in biology, biochemistry, and pharmacology.
