Regulatory Compliance Professional This role is crucial to ensure that operations comply with local and international regulations, as well as internal policies, minimizing compliance, data privacy, and reputational risks. Key Responsibilities - Implement and oversee compliance programs and policies at the regional level. - Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with regulations. - Conduct risk assessments and monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations. - Develop and deliver training on compliance topics for local employees and managers. - Act as the point of contact between local entities and the central compliance team. Requirements - Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, especially in the insurance sector. - At least 3 years of experience in anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing prevention. - Recent training in AML/FT risk management or SAGRILAFT. - Fluency in both Spanish and English, spoken and written.
