1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants The SAP Concur Administrator will be responsible for the technical administration, configuration, and continuous optimization of SAP Concur to support business needs. This role will ensure the system aligns with company policies, compliance requirements, and evolving business needs. The individual will work closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to implement rule changes, provide user support and training, and lead the rollout of SAP Concur across all company locations. Additionally, this role will play a key part in troubleshooting, system integrations, and maintaining data integrity. Responsibilities: System Administration & Configuration Administer, configure, and maintain SAP Concur, ensuring optimal system performance and compliance with company policies. Manage system settings, workflow rules, expense types, audit rules, and policy configurations. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with SAP Concur support as needed. Ensure integration between SAP Concur and other financial, HR, and ERP systems. Business Support & Policy Management Collaborate with finance, compliance, and IT teams to implement and update business rules and expense policies in SAP Concur. Analyze business needs and provide recommendations on system optimizations and best practices. Assist with audit configurations, exception reporting, and compliance monitoring. Training & User Support Develop and deliver training programs for employees, finance teams, and approvers on SAP Concur usage, policies, and best practices. Create user guides, FAQs, and documentation to support global adoption. Serve as a point of contact for end-user support, troubleshooting, and escalation management. Global Rollout & Continuous Improvement Lead the phased rollout of SAP Concur across all company locations, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption. Coordinate with regional and local teams to tailor system configurations based on country-specific needs. Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in expense management processes. Stay updated on SAP Concur enhancements and industry trends, recommending updates and improvements. Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience administering SAP Concur or similar expense management platforms. Strong understanding of expense management policies, compliance requirements, and financial systems. Experience with system integrations, workflow configurations, and troubleshooting in SAP Concur. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for policy or process improvements. Excellent communication skills with experience in conducting training sessions and stakeholder engagement. Experience managing global system rollouts and working with international teams is a plus.
