Invoice Specialist Job Description The primary role of an Invoice Specialist is to process payments from customers, identify trends in payments and escalate issues as needed. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have experience with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
