Treatspace is seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven specialist to provide flawless execution and technical support for Google Business Profiles (GBP). This role is critical to ensuring our clients maintain maximum visibility, accurate information, and uninterrupted performance in local search.. What You’ll Be Doing as an Offshore Listings & GBP Support Specialist As part of our offshore digital operations team, you will manage and resolve GBP-related issues quickly and effectively—ensuring no client’s digital performance is blocked due to listing errors, suspensions, or technical delays. You will work closely with internal teams to complete updates, launch new profiles, and handle platform escalations. In This Role, You Will Listings Management & Optimization - Create and optimize new GBP listings for medical practices to ensure accurate, complete, and competitive profiles. - Implement best practices for GBP categories, attributes, and keyword-rich descriptions to enhance search visibility. - Maintain consistent brand and NAP (Name, Address, Phone) accuracy across all assigned profiles. Technical Support & Issue Resolution - Respond to and resolve GBP support tickets in a timely and thorough manner. - Manage profile suspensions, reinstatements, and location changes while minimizing downtime. - Complete verification processes—including postcard, phone, and video verification—to ensure profiles are active and compliant. Performance Alignment - Collaborate with SEO and performance teams to ensure GBP optimizations contribute directly to patient acquisition goals. - Maintain clear documentation of actions taken and communicate updates on open tickets, risks, or recurring issues. Required Education + Experience - Proven experience managing and troubleshooting Google Business Profiles for multi-location or service-based businesses. - Strong understanding of GBP guidelines, local SEO factors, and verification processes. - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple support requests simultaneously. - Detail-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. Additional Qualifications - Familiarity with tools such as Yext, BrightLocal, or similar listing management platforms. - Previous experience in healthcare marketing or regulated industries is a plus. - Problem-solving approach with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
