The ideal candidate should have extensive experience creating organic meshes in various styles and pipelines, particularly within the video game industry. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Create diverse organic assets such as characters and animated props. Define project pipelines, assist in leading junior team members, and complete estimations and documentation. Skills: Proficiency in 3D packages like Maya and Blender. Experience with Substance Painter. Knowledge of Unreal or Unity engines. Strong understanding of mesh topology and human anatomy. Knowledge of other lifeforms' anatomy. Background in 2D art and ability to create without a concept. Capability to achieve visual goals and styles without fully defined blueprints. Understanding of art creation pipelines, asset exporting, and workflow automation. Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills. Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of experience in various game development projects. A passion for video games and ability to collaborate with team members. Extensive knowledge of human and animal anatomy. Ability to assist colleagues with specific 3D tasks. Experience with standard 3D packages. Desirable Skills: Experience in hard-surface sculpting/modeling. Basic knowledge of Marvelous Designer. Some background in 2D or concept art. Knowledge of various lifeforms' anatomy.
