In the role you will take on different challenges, develop dynamic and innovative strategies and reach your full potential. **Lead by inspiration** As the regional BLM, you will be responsible for the division's profit and loss at the CVCA level, promoting and implementing different innovative, high impact strategies for the division and region. You will have contact with our team at regional and international level, which will allow you to have a multicultural approach to the role, increasing your practical and personal knowledge. ***Your mission**: - Achieve ambitious profitable growth targets with a high focus on market share and consolidated profitability for the division. - Organize, manage, and develop the total business within the territory, that is, optimize the profit and loss balance. - Contribute to the value of the company through the creation and implementation of impact strategies at the CVCA region level, achieving a business with sustainable growth and continuous innovation. **Profile**: - Professional in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or related careers. - 5 years’ experience as Sales Area Manager and 5 years in positions in Engineering, administration, marketing, negotiations, Sales Management, market knowledge - Technical knowledge in construction and mining equipment. - Fluency in the English and Spanish language (spoken and written). - Management of Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes programs and tools. - Customer focus - Leadership - Self-management - Planning and execution - Solution and innovation - Assertive communication - Managing dynamic environments and focus on the way Epiroc does things. **To be successful in this role you will possess the following**: - Organize, direct, supervise and coordinate the commercial activities of the Tools and Attachment business area. - Achieve a greater participation in the Colombian market for the products of the Tools and Attachment business area. - Determine the sale prices and direct the sales process under his responsibility, ensuring the development and promotion of a vision and leadership strategy for the products of the Tools and Attachments business area, which are marketed in different markets. - Lead a multi-disciplined team of professional responsible for the delivery of drilling consumables for Epiroc. - Establish the appropriate conditions so that the personnel under his charge can carry out their work efficiently and drive the team in charge to reach, exploit and exceed their potential. - Develop a plan to build and maintain required competencies in all areas of Tools and Attachment to professionally achieve the proposed goals. - Organize the Tools and Attachment resources to ensure profitability and a favorable return on investment within the structure established for Tools and Attachment in conjunction with the objectives of the different Divisions and the Group's objectives, achieving the optimization of available resources and all other functions inherent to the position. **Location and travel**: - This position is located in Bogotá, Colombia. - Contract is on local rules (no expat). - Frequent travel is required. **Life at EPIROC**: By joining our team, you can expect an atmosphere of creativity, innovation, and workplace diversity.
