About The Job Will be responsible for playing a key role in test execution, defect identification and close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure software quality at an operational level, contributing to the continuous improvement of quality processes." Requirements Design more complex and detailed test cases from specific requirements. Execute manual tests, record results and document defects. Conduct more in-depth exploratory testing and detect undocumented problems. Perform regression testing in multiple areas of the software. Work closely with the development team to resolve defects. Document test results in a detailed and clear manner. Execute load and performance testing with basic tools. Propose and participate in QA process and procedure improvement initiatives. Estimate resources and time required to perform tests effectively. Keep up to date on best practices and trends in the field of software quality. Collaborate in defining test strategies and plans for specific projects.
