This person will be responsible for translating data insights from the market which will allow the marketing team to continue positioning PayU as an opinion leader within the fintech industry. **What you will do** Automate existing reports, build missing ones Understand needs and challenges in the current process Design new hypothesis driven experiments including A/B tests for continuous learning, improvement, and cost optimization. Everything on the path from raw data to data visualization and interpretation Alignment across Marketing on the data management. **What you will need to succeed** Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Industrial, Systems Engineerpreferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in Data management roles (Analytics, BI-related), Strong understanding of SEO principles, tactics and marketing analytics. Align different areas in transversal projects, understand data structure, tools in use etc. Process automation. Market intelligence Programming skills (Python knowledge preferred) Familiarity with BI technologies, especially Tableau (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce BI) Dashboard design Knowledge of SQL queries Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude.
