As a Sr. Financial Analyst working hybrid in Columbia you'll be a part of bringing humanity to business. #experienceTTECWhat You'll Be DoingLooking to provide accurate financial analyses and reporting to leaders and financial forecasting? You'll work on report packages by assessing needs, improving outputs, and highlighting areas for opportunity. Bring your analytic background to support the reporting process as you help work on newer areas of focus and share your statistical analysis with senior leadership.You'll report to Senior Manager, Finance. You'll help build our ability to assimilate these new divisions, integrate into standard processes, and build a scalable, sustainable model to support the business.During a Typical Day, You'llProvide oversight, guidance, and strategic insight for specific areas of our Digital practicePrepare the Annual Operating Budget and Quarterly forecasts for supported departmentsPrepare consolidated reporting packages with review of main metrics, business plans, and trend analysis identifying variances to budget and historical comparisons for Senior ManagementSupport recurring and ad-hoc global/regional reportingAssess where there are opportunities for improvement and risk mitigationWork with existing reporting packages but also improve outputs and highlight potential efficienciesFacilitate a collaborative solutions and process improvementWhat You Bring To The RoleBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related3+ years' experience in financial analysis, corporate budgets and in-depth forecastingKnowledge of Hyperion, Microsoft suite (especially Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint)Experience in a BPO environmentExperience reporting statistical analysis, adept with large datasets and comfortable with statistics and modelingComfortable presenting information to senior leadership and creating a variety of visual representations of data in a clear format (tables, graphs)Experience building relationships and ability to work with all levelsWhat You Can Expect -Supportive of your career and professional developmentAn inclusive culture and community minded organization where giving back is encouragedA global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company valuesAsk us about our paid time off (PTO) and wellness and healthcare benefitsAnd yes... a great compensation package and performance bonus opportunities, benefits you'd expect and maybe a few that would pleasantly surprise you (like tuition reimbursement)Compensation - The anticipated range is $ 59,003,000 - $ 121,753,000 / annual COP.
