**O2B Specialist** **TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES** - Support Transition of O2B Colombia activities to Third Party Services. - Guide and partner with business and Service Delivery Management to develop continuously functional competencies of local and SSCDN to exceed customer expectations. - Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and ensure compliance with operational procedures to maintain efficiency in the flow of processes and a solution to Customer needs. 4. Lead and coordinate changes in the system due to electronic invoices Law requirements. - Coordinate and monitor pricing registration in the system. - Ensure and validate that support of the billing documentation is complete to comply with the auditing standards and local authorities. - Monthly monitor and quarterly audit of pricing for the region. - Being the point of contact for Commercial team in daily operation, special requests and negotiations to avoid mistakes and/or missunderstanding from the extended team. - Key user for local systems used in Colombia as EDI, Dynamics and Electronic Invoice. 10.
