**Position Name: Intake Coordinator** **Company**:Caring Bees Healthcare **Job purpose**:Assist in coordinating patient care, under the direction of the coordinator. **Education** College diploma Administrative or related studies Nursing or Medicine studies **Training or Expertise** Desirable medical experience and understanding of medical language. Must be computer literate and able to maintain simple records, in English. **Experience** - +2 years of experience providing administrative support to service companies, desirable medical facilities - +1 year of experience working for USA-based companies. - Experience, in a Home Healthcare setting, is preferred **JOB FUNCTIONS** Answer phones, receive all intake information for paraprofessional cases, and enter the appropriate information, in the computer. Complete intake forms and appropriately route them, for admission approval. Assist in the scheduling of an appropriately skilled person to fill the case, input scheduling information on the computer, and continue to assist in the coordination of the scheduling Schedule replacement workers, as needed, and input scheduling information. Assist in communication with patients/families on Home Health Aide-related issues. Take telephone referral information, if no nursing staff is available, and pass referrals, as soon as possible. Handle matters related to staff, and the patient(s) they serve, with the exception of issues that require professional/clinical judgment. Assist in the maintenance of case management notes, related to personal problems and/or other situations that arise with staff, including those relating to patient care. Communicate, on a routine basis, with contract agencies, to maintain smooth relations and to obtain needed information. Document, and report, changes in patient status, in service requirements, employee staff assignment, and in particular, any unsatisfactory performance. Perform other duties, as directed. **REQUIRED SKILLS** **High English Skills** Must be able to adequately hear, on the telephone, with no more than an amplifier, and be able to communicate, both, verbally, and in writing, in English. Has access to all patient medical and financial records, which may be discussed with all management. **WAGE COMPENSATION** **Salary**: $1,000 USD monthly payment - Payments are to be directly deposited into the account. Full-time position, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM -5:30 PM Eastern time (30-minute unpaid break per day) Internet and computer must be covered by the employee **Salary**: $3,900,000 - $4,100,000 per month **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Working for USA- based companies: 1 year (required) - Health Care: 1 year (required) **Language**: - English (required)
