The Strategic Alliances Team leads theconsolidation of Worldwide Specialty Care Alliance P&L; results,contract compliance & training and execution of Allianceoperations. Our team works closely to collaborate on issues,solutions, and innovations, while supporting the Specialty CareBusiness Unit Finance Teams for the Immunology & OncologyFranchises, as well as the Corporate Alliance Finance Team. Mainresponsibilities: - Act as a leader in administering the BOOSTAlliance System in TM1 (IBM Cognos). - Define key alliance contractassumptions, including amendments, side agreements, and approvedCommittee changes. Ensure alignment with existing processes,identify potential gaps, and propose effective solutions. Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate with Operations tocapture updates in the Alliance Reporting Tool. - Support theglobal financial budgeting and forecasting processes. - Lead theset-up and maintenance of the BOOST Alliance System for eachfinancial planning cycle. - Assist in reconciling the internalP&L; with the Alliance P&L;, providing clear explanations forvariances. - Engage with Worldwide Region Finance Leads duringplanning cycles to understand major fluctuations between periods. Support the compliance needs of business unit controllers andprepare financial planning packages to be shared with externalpartners.
