Job Summary We are seeking a bilingual accounting analyst to contribute to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in auditing and proficiency in journal entry postings within ERP systems. Lead and oversee timely and accurate management of general accounting and reporting processes. 2. Ensure proper reconciliation of reports and accounts, implementing advanced techniques to identify and rectify discrepancies. 3. Take charge of monthly closing activities and lead the reconciliation of balance sheets. 4. Ensure strict compliance with local accounting standards, policies, and procedures. 5. Act as a primary point of contact for coordination with Local Office and internal stakeholders. 6. Drive team productivity and accuracy by setting and achieving performance metrics. 7. Identify opportunities for optimization and sharing best practices across the team. 8. Provide mentorship and support to the team. Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or related field. 2. Extensive experience in BPO/SSC/Centralized delivery model. 3. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Accounting. 4. Proficient in ensuring accurate reconciliation of reports and accounts. 5. Advanced proficiency in Office 365, Oracle, SAP, Dynamics ERP (preferable). 6. English B2 or + What's in it for you?
