We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Healthcare Sourcer to support our healthcare staffing team. This role is essential in identifying and qualifying top nursing talent for travel, acute care, and ambulatory assignments. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. Responsabilities: Source candidates for nursing roles across various healthcare settings including hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory care. Screen and qualify candidates based on client-specific criteria and required specialties (e.g., ICU, ER, OR). Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Utilize ATS platforms to conduct Boolean searches, manage candidate pipelines, and track engagement. Submit qualified candidates to recruiters or clients, ensuring all required information and documentation is complete. Stay informed on licensing and credentialing requirements across different states and specialties. Adapt sourcing strategies based on client feedback and market conditions. Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: 1-2 years of proven experience sourcing for healthcare clients, preferably in travel nursing or acute care. Familiarity with working through Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is a plus. Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools. Ability to manage high-volume requisitions and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. English proficiency (written and spoken) is required. Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
