We are inviting an ambitious and talented Presales Specialist to join our growing South America Sales team in Bogotá-Colombia . In this position, you will belong to Networks Sales team, and focus on selling Networks products, such as but not limited to industrial routers, gateways, and ethernet solutions. Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy. In this role, you will: Be the technical expert who understands customer needs, articulates the value of our products, and builds strong relationships to facilitate successful sales. Support our commercial teams in sizing projects with industrial networking products. Provide technical training to our channels and strategic clients. Support the presales and aftersales processes, ensuring that the implemented solutions meet customer expectations. Act as a bridge between the technical needs of the market and the capabilities of our Teltonika portfolio. Participate in proof of concepts (PoCs), demonstrations, and technology fairs. Contribute to market research, generate leads, and build rewarding relationships with potential clients Reach out to new potential clients through daily cold calling, email and LinkedIn communication Arrange presentation meetings with potential clients and present our solutions Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing clients through daily contact and frequent visits Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and its products with solutions Work with an in-house built CRM System to log-in accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to best practices. What we expect from you: Solid knowledge in networks and communication protocols (IP, VPN, LTE, IoT, etc.). Previous experience in technical support, presales, or solution implementation roles. Knowledge of the core functions of industrial routers Experience in technical presentations and explaining complex solutions, and leading meetings with clients Ability to gather customer requirements, answer technical questions confidently, and propose suitable solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical inquiries. At least 2 years of experience in the B2B sales area Strong cold calling expertise, pipeline generation and proactive client search skills Previous work experience under KPIs, deadlines, ability to deliver results and handle different ongoing projects at a time. Experience working in telecommunications industries, IoT, or with selling hardware Bachelor’s or a higher degree of education in Telecommunications, Systems, or related fields English proficiency (spoken, written, understanding), at least B2. Excellent communication skills and pedagogical ability to train and advise. A consultative approach to doing business, understanding the clients’ needs and pain points, with an ability to show how our solution will resolve both. Having some strong connections in a relevant industry already allows you to quickly develop potential interest, with the confidence that you have an exceptional product behind you.
