In this role, you will utilize your data analysis skills and knowledge of Python and SQL to extract valuable insights from complex datasets and drive informed decision-making for our global clients. Experience in call center analytics and Azure cloud technologies is beneficial. - Develop a comprehensive data model for call center analytics tables. - The process will reside in Azure Machine Learning (AML) and run weekly, generating automated standard reports on predefined metrics related to call center performance and phone ordering. - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Build notebooks and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders. - Write complex SQL queries to manipulate, clean, and extract data from relational databases. - Build and maintain Python scripts for data processing and analytics pipelines. - Work closely with business teams to identify data needs and deliver tailored solutions. - Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across all reporting and analysis processes. Requirements: This role requires: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Solid experience as a Data Analyst. - Strong command of SQL for querying and managing relational databases. - Knowledge of Python for data analysis and scripting. - Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Advanced English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking), as you will present data findings to non-technical stakeholders. Desirable Skills: Experience in call center analytics, Azure cloud technologies, and version control systems such as Git would be an advantage.
