**Overview**:**The LATAM Training Lead involves creating a localized training plan based on the global approach, developing and reviewing training content, and delivering train-the-trainer sessions to local trainers. The LATAM Training Lead will work in coordination with a US-based global lead to ensure alignment and execution of training strategies. **What You’ll Do** 1. Development of Localized Training Plan: - Develop a localized training plan tailored to the needs of LATAM users. Develop content for up to five user roles. - Assess user needs and - Collaborate with the US-based global lead to align the local plan with global training strategies. 2. Creation and Review of Training Content: - Create and review training content in Spanish with for the client team. - Develop content using client based tools (TBD e.g. Walk Me, Captivate, Camtasia) - Ensure the content is engaging and effective for local users and aligns with role-based Salesforce activities. 3. Delivery of Train-the-Trainer Sessions: - Lead train-the-trainer sessions for local trainers. - Evaluate the preparedness of trainers and address any gaps. 4. Coordination with US-Based Global Lead: - Work closely with the global lead to ensure alignment with global training strategies. - Localize and execute the global strategies to fit the specific needs of LATAM users. 5.
