As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our facilities. Job Description The primary objective of this position is to ensure that all facility installations comply with local legal requirements. This involves working closely with the Safety & Health team on daily maintenance to comply with OSH, environmental standards, and industry codes of practice. You will be responsible for developing and implementing facility management programs and procedures for building and environmental equipment, including preventive maintenance and lifecycle management according to ISO 9001, 14001, and other relevant standards. - Conduct daily facilities inspections and escalate any irregularities or non-conformities. - Perform functional requirements in accordance with DOSH, DOE, Bomba, ST Acts, and related regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facilities Management is required. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
