Title: Specialist SLS & Programs (AFR) Location: GSC BOG Support with operational topics for the AFR team to provide accurate information, helping to reach KPIs and expectations of the BPs, and ensuring the workflow of the entire team. Key Responsibilities Be a quick learner to understand the step-by-step process of quoting for all scopes managed by AFR. Maintain good communication with the team, team leaders, and BPs to guarantee successful operations. Conduct quality checks on team performance. Support the team with questions and escalations. Participate in periodic calls with BPs. Prepare performance reports weekly and monthly. Identify improvements and efficiencies, discuss open topics and issues. Train team members on new topics or reinforce existing knowledge to improve operations. Skills / Requirements Professional with a strong interest in developing leadership attributes and skills. One to two years of experience in logistics processes, preferably airfreight logistics. Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools. Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Customer service and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Who Can Apply: Individuals not currently involved in implementations or migrations.
