Job Title: Legal Counsel Join Taylor-Hopkinson, an international green energy developer company, as a Legal Counsel. Responsibilities: - Support legal matters in project development and transactions, including risk control for investments in renewable projects. - Participate in designing project acquisition plans, drafting contracts, negotiating terms, evaluating risks, and supervising construction. - Support business line development teams by drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, such as EPC Agreements, land options, leases, connection agreements, and PPAs. - Accompany projects through financial close, reviewing loan agreements, security agreements, and common terms agreements. - Research local laws, regulations, and policies, including company law, investment law, land law, construction law, civil and commercial law. - Study relevant laws and regulations related to projects and their practical operations. - Supervise external law firms to complete project legal service work. Requirements: 1. Strong legal experience in the renewable or power industry. 2. Excellent legal research and writing skills. 3. Ability to adapt to high-pressure work environments.
