As a Product Manager, you will join the Software Product Management Team that has responsibility for FactoryTalk Design Studio and work with fellow product managers, engineering, user research, and field sales teams to evolve the product and platform. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field. - Legal authorization to work in the US is required. Responsibilities - Define clear problem and market opportunity statements that lead to product features and capabilities with emphasis on delivering measurable customer usability, productivity benefits, and value following our strategy. - Manage requirements through an Agile development process and recommend appropriate trade-offs with engineering resources based on priority management. - Emphasis on teamwork with platform leaders, fellow product managers, and businesses to deliver the best and easiest-to-use integrated system solution possible. - Champion improvement in product line by creating both product difference, attachment opportunities and increasing our company intellectual property portfolio, while being an expert. - Customer Experience digging into customer feedback, following up to further define issues and ability to collaborate with multiple teams and peer departments. - Be an important representative of the business for the assigned product responsibility during development as the functional requirements are developed into a software feature, function or product that will be available to the market. - Recognized by management and peers as an advisor on issues beyond assigned product line(s) and current business practices. This would include a understanding of Rockwell Automation technologies and their application.
