This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic research-oriented environment, working closely with cross-functional teams and applying scalable ML solutions to real-world problems. What You'll Do - Design and develop scalable data processing pipelines for training and evaluating ML models. - Build and deploy NLP models for tasks such as Named Entity Recognition (NER), Document Classification, Information Extraction, and Retrieval. - Collaborate closely with research scientists on experiments and evaluations. - Contribute to end-to-end ML solution delivery using modern development practices (CI/CD, DevOps, SDLC). - Work in a highly collaborative Agile team, embracing innovation and continuous improvement. Required Skills and Experience - Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience in Python. - At least 2 years of experience in a data scientist role. - Minimum 2 years working on Machine Learning products or solutions, including at least 1 year focused on Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks such as NER, Document Classification, and Information Retrieval. - Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested Python code. - Experience in cloud-based development environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Solid understanding of CI/CD practices, DevOps, and the software development lifecycle. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and remote teams. - Demonstrated interest in applying cutting-edge AI/ML research to practical use cases. - Experience working in Agile environments. - Familiarity with ModelOps / MLOps principles. - Experience integrating ML models into production-grade systems. - Experience with agentic AI workflows or multi-agent systems. - Ability to bridge communication between engineering and research teams. - Proficiency in additional languages or stacks (e.g., Java, Scala, Rust, Typescript) is a plus. - English level: B2/C1 – Must be able to communicate effectively in technical discussions with international teams.
