About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in the tech sector. In this role, you will contribute to the development of new enhancements, flows, and scripts, providing best practice advisory services, and being an integral part of the team responsible for solution design and review of all business process and system level changes. Responsibilities: -Assess, design, agree, communicate, and deploy Configuration Management processes across all teams. -Translate customer ITIL requirements into functional documentation based on ITSM tool capabilities and workflows. -Implement the organization's Configuration Management policy and standards. -Lead design and implementation on Configuration Management System and agree on the scope of the processes. -Define the logical model for the CMDB based on customer requirements. -Design, coordinate, and validate processes and procedure documentation. -Work with customers to define the strategy for CIs discovery and relationships. -Support the definition and agreement of Critical Success Factors, Key Performance Indicators, and Operational metrics. -Create training material and provide training on Configuration Management procedures. Requirements: -Proficient skills in ServiceNow application overall use. -Understanding of IT Service Management. -4 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications -Experience with Asset Management and Software Asset Management processes. -Familiarity with ITSM tools.
