IF YOU ARE Hands-on with Java technologies and Java-based frameworks such as Spring or alternative Proficient in modern clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure) Aware of various architecture types and the differences between SOA and Microservice Skilled at design, defining quality attributes and technical drivers, and development of application and solution scale systems Strong in generics, overloading, exceptions, and immutability Accustomed to technical specifications, or architecture visions covering quality attributes, diagrams, associated risks, and technical and system requirements Demonstrating comprehensive managerial and pre-sales experience Capable of leading teams of Engineers and Tech Leads An expert in generating customer engagement and the architecture creation process Capable of speaking English with multidisciplinary teams at a strong Upper-Intermediate level (B2+) AND YOU WANT TO Participate in proposal preparation with different parties, stakeholders, and workflows Complete estimation and scope decomposition Define risk assessment, dependencies, and assumptions Create technical specifications and architecture vision documentation Evaluate technology and comparisons Participate in discovery phases and workshops covering all technical aspects Design prototypes and proof-of-concept with their further delivery and presentation to stakeholders Implement and create the core of that or another system Transfer the knowledge to the development team Discover new technological practice development for the company Cooperate with other stakeholders who do not report to the person, but take active participation in design, decision-making, selling, and implementation TOGETHER WE WILL Gain certifications from leading providers (Azure, AWS & others) Cooperate with top Solutions Architects in the company Be Game Changers who represent our best talent, top contributors, and creative minds in the annual SoftServe Awards Work with a diverse team of professionals in a collaborative enterprise environment Create an exceptional customer experience Engage with new customers, build relationships with different business stakeholders, and work closely with our sales team Become a trusted advisor and solution provider for different organizations Have the chance to address different business and technology challenges and drive multiple projects and initiatives as a part of the Center of Excellence
