Job Description ***THIS POSITION IS ONLY FOR CANDIDATES BASED IN MEXICO OR COLOMBIA *** We’re seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design and oversee the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing systems across our web, mobile, and backend platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, and design—to architect end-to-end solutions that meet both business and technical goals. This role requires a deep understanding of modern full-stack technologies, cloud architecture, and compliance best practices (HIPAA, data security). Define and maintain system architecture across frontend, mobile, backend, and cloud services. Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to enforce CI/CD pipelines, secure environments, and ensure HIPAA compliance. Guide and mentor engineering teams on best practices and implementation patterns. Participate in design reviews, architecture evaluations, and code quality assurance. Identify bottlenecks and performance issues, recommending and implementing optimizations. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and assess their fit for future development. Requirements 5+ years of experience in software architecture and development. Advanced English communications skills Proven experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS . Strong expertise in full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript environments. (Node.js, Express.js, React.js) Familiarity with AI/ML integration in production environments. Experience with secure application design and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA ). Hands-on knowledge of DevOps , containerization, and CI/CD best practices. Solid understanding of API design, system integration, and microservices architecture. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to have experience working with: Monitoring tools like Sentry, Prometheus, or Grafana Payments integration (Stripe, Square) Maps & Routing technologies (Mapbox, Google Maps API) Requirements Must-Have Skills: 5+ years in full-stack development and solution architecture. Proficiency in: React.js + TypeScript React Native Node.js + Express.js PostgreSQL + Redis Strong understanding of cloud-native design patterns and microservices. Experience leading development teams or technical projects. Nice to Have: TensorFlow.js or Python services integration. Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions. Sentry, Prometheus, Grafana (observability stack). Experience with Mapbox or Google Maps APIs. Payment systems: Stripe or Square. Secure systems with HIPAA, Auth0 (identity/auth). Custom dashboards, wallets, or referral programs.
