We are a global recruitment business seeking a fluent English speaking Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) to work full time US (or UK) hours. This role requires someone with an American / UK / Neutral accent who has very strong English verbal and written communication skills. There is no sales or business development calls, so the focus for us is hiring awesome TAS who can quickly generate rapport with inbound employers looking to use our service. Once you secure a 'go ahead' your role is to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including maintaining an ongoing relationship with YOUR new client. We are ideally seeking recruiters who can initially work across many roles, who once they have demonstrated their capability will then specialize. **Key Responsibilities**: - Qualify inbound leads from employers to understand their talent or HR requirements - Using your magnetic and outgoing personality, instantly create rapport with clients - Ensure clients trust us to solve their needs and quickly become loyal repeat customers - Although there is no outbound sales calls or business development requirements, you must be results oriented **Your Experience & Skills**: - More than 2 years’ recruitment experience in the US / CA / UK - Personable and an ability to quickly generate rapport with people on the phone - American / UK / Neutral accent with very strong English language verbal and written communication skills - Available to work full time US / CA hours (or possible UK or AU hours) - Strong administration and technology skills and interest in continuous learning - Very organised with a high attention to detail - Preference for someone who has completed a university degree (preferable studying in English or with a strong focus on English content) - You must have access to a current computer (with video), fast reliable internet and noise cancelling headset - Someone who want to grow and develop themselves to take on more responsibility and achieve results, and be rewarded for it!
