Temporary - Talent Acquisition Assistant We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our GBS Center on a temporary basis. In this role, you will support the recruitment team by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers. Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Support pre-employment screening and onboarding activities. Handle general administrative tasks related to talent acquisition. Requirements: Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support (mandatory). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
