Find a better way: the Sysmex Way. **...to improve the lives of others.** **...to build a promising future.** **Responsibilities**: **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**: - Acting as responsible for downstream product / marketing support on Sysmex's product offerings and solutions. - Leading product positioning and executing marketing plans across their territory, driving commercial excellence, market share growth and retention. - Creating and implementing marketing and sales programs, maintain in-depth market and industry knowledge, and develop competitive analysis to ensure achievement of annual and long-term strategic objectives. - Supporting in capturing customer feedback and market requirements in order to collaborate in product marketing to achieve sales goals. - Communicating proactively to work in alignment with all Sysmex departments. - Managing products and people within established deadlines to meet departmental and company objectives. - Effectively determining market research and data needs and obtain the sales and marketing information needed to make sound business decisions. - Providing scientific support: in the field and remotely (eg support for beta site development) - Supporting marketing tasks as needed (translation, article review, etc.) - Supporting the creation of training material to support the proper use of instruments and protocols to be used at the customer's premises. Such as playbooks, PPT presentations, implementation procedures, etc. - Developing and implement demo programs (workshops, online and on-site demos) for external customers to maintain desired levels of customer satisfaction - Participating and presenting Sysmex instruments and technology at customer meetings and fairs, seminars and workshops based on needs and marketing strategies. **Percentage of Travel**:50% Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences or related. - Demonstrated knowledge and experience in diagnostic laboratory, marketing or sales.
