Join us as we redefine what's possible and shape the future together. Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and globally-minded Global Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role will be essential in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent from around the world to support our company’s growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, a passion for building diverse teams, and the ability to navigate the complexities of global recruitment. At Helios, you’ll collaborate with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure we attract the best talent in every market. Experience & Education - Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency. - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. - C1 English proficiency is required. Qualifications - Solid experience in full-cycle recruiting, from initial screening to offer negotiation. - Proficiency in conducting various interview types, including structured, competency-based, and behavioral interviews. - Demonstrated experience in passive candidate sourcing using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and actively engaging with talent on platforms across various markets, including the U.S. and LATAM. - Hands-on experience with different selection processes, such as phone screens, skills assessments, and reference checks. - Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). - Proven ability to recruit for roles in the advertising and marketing industry, including positions in creative, web development, paid media, public relations, and client services. - A strong understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape and where to find top talent. - Practical experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Strong organizational and decision-making abilities. Responsibilities: - Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc in multiple locations - Passively source candidates from posted job descriptions, and actively recruit talen - Conducting interviews, and filtering candidates for open positions - Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications - Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule - Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitudes - Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices - Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Ops team and hiring manager when required - Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
