We are currently looking for a Bilingual Civil CAD Designer English C1 with strong experience in AutoCAD and Civil 3D to support water resources and environmental engineering projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and able to contribute to design development, drafting standards, and project coordination in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: - Create and revise detailed design drawings for erosion control, stormwater, wastewater, and water infrastructure using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. - Support technical project execution by assisting with hydrologic calculations, exhibit preparation, and field investigation tasks when needed. - Develop and document standard drafting and design processes to ensure consistency and quality across projects. - Train and support internal teams on Civil 3D workflows, templates, and best practices. - Review client-supplied data for completeness and suitability before starting design work. - Track project progress, deliverables, and adherence to scope, timeline, and budget. - Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients as needed to provide updates and gather information. - Assist in preparing project reports, documenting revisions, and flagging potential scope changes. Requirements: - Experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D in engineering or environmental design projects. - Strong organizational and drafting skills with attention to technical accuracy. - Prior experience working in infrastructure or water resources projects (preferred). - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Comfortable collaborating across engineering and project management teams. - Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office and file-sharing platforms.
