You will be a valued member of the Infrastructure Development team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to support and improve ServiceNow capabilities. In This Role, You Will Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Integration, ITSM, and CSM. Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow modules to optimize service delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and performance. Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and design scalable infrastructure solutions. Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures. Work model: Remote We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Proficiency in developing and maintaining infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow. Solid understanding of IT service management and customer service management principles. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. These will help you stand out Experience conducting system audits and performance tuning for ServiceNow platforms. Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and new feature adoption. Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
