Main Responsibilities: - Managing courier acquisition, engagement and retention streams and relationships with courier companies. - Creating effective operational flows in courier acquisition, planning, support, fleet and partner relations management. - Analyzing operational gaps and monitoring metrics to ensure optimal warehouse and last mile operations. - Implementing special projects designed to improve metrics. - Providing recommendations based on data insights and deep operational understanding. - Controlling key metrics of all courier companies. Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Sheets. Experience with data visualization tools is highly desirable. - 1+ years of experience with last mile / logistics / marketplace operations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of services and products. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
