As an Inbound Sales Associate (ISA), you would be part of the team that works to rent our available units to prospective tenants. The ideal candidate will be a team player with previous experience in customer service and a history in sales. Key Responsibilities: Schedule showings for prospective tenants while clearly communicating our rental qualifications to all potential applicants. Call, text, and email prospective and current tenants to maximize showing success. Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of our available properties. Use several digital applications during scheduling to comply with real estate and occupancy legislation while communicating a clear and efficient schedule to the Showings Specialists. Check notes from the Showings Specialists to provide management with suggestions to improve the reception of our showings by prospective tenants. Show units to prospective tenants if the Showing Specialists are unavailable, for which a tracked company vehicle will be provided. Evaluate emergency situations and inform the correct members of staff to resolve issues promptly Perform Front Desk duties such as creating work orders, generating rent receipts, and directing calls to other departments as necessary. Work scheduled hours, which may include evenings and/or weekends on a rotational schedule. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: A valid driver’s license and corporate-insurable driving record is required Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook Competency in using computers and related technologies High school diploma/GED preferred Property management experience preferred This position will require extended periods (2+ hours at a time) of sitting; small bursts of standing and walking around the office; repetitive movements such as typing, dialing and speaking on the phone, and stuffing and sealing envelopes; and the ability to focus on multiple different tasks throughout the day. #J-18808-Ljbffr
