We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful individual to join our Client Experience team as a Client Service Associate. This role will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and ensure seamless interactions across various funds and account types. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of private markets asset management, including onboarding, capital calls, distributions, reporting, and portfolio reviews. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements, and working as an adaptable teammate to assist with workload rebalancing and high-priority items. Requirements: - Familiarity with investment concepts and ability to analyze data - High level of maturity and ability to multitask Education: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong academic credentials Experience: - 1+ years of client service or operations experience - Investment management, financial services, or private equity experience preferred Achievements: - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client journey - Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams - Drive process improvements to enhance client satisfaction
