Job Category: Consulting Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Oracle Banking Solution product. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional with 1-4 years of experience in managing medium to complex IT projects, preferably within the banking sector. The ideal candidate is PMI certified, experienced in Agile project management, and holds certifications like CSM (Certified Scrum Master) and/or CPO (Certified Product Owner). Strong command of English, exceptional presentation and Excel skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential. You will play a key role in driving project success, working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with high quality.. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of the Oracle Banking Solution implementation project using Agile methodologies. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor and track progress against deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and vendor teams. Organize and lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Identify and mitigate project risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to senior stakeholders and project sponsors. Manage project documentation and maintain alignment with governance and compliance requirements. Use advanced Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis. Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure that business needs are met effectively. Ensure alignment with banking regulatory and operational standards during implementation.
