Looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Mechanical Drafter or Engineer. About the Job We are seeking an experienced drafter or engineer with strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD, specifically for BIM-based mechanical design and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Mechanical and HVAC systems and will be responsible for producing accurate, coordinated models and drawings for a variety of building projects. Key Responsibilities - Develop and coordinate mechanical and HVAC models using Revit and AutoCAD in a BIM environment. - Produce detailed construction drawings and documentation aligned with project requirements and standards. - Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accurate mechanical layouts and integration with other disciplines. - Maintain model accuracy and consistency across all project stages. - Support project delivery through technical documentation and revisions as needed. Requirements - Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience working on mechanical or HVAC projects using Revit and AutoCAD. - Strong understanding of BIM workflows and standards. - Proven experience developing and coordinating mechanical systems in building projects. - Ability to interpret and produce detailed technical documentation. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
