We are looking for someone who hasexperience as a growth hacking manager or as a copywriter seniorwith focus in optimizing our outbound email campaigns (content andcadence) to accelerate revenue growth. What You Will Do: 1. Analyzeand understand the X factor of our client’s products or services todevelop creative email templates. 2. Translate business goals intothe unique brand and product explanations. 3. Create compellingcontent for our email strategies. 4. Create different approachesfor constant A/B testing. 5. Maintain high levels of effectivenessand alignment within the Growth Teams through communication andcontinuous review of our processes and rituals, suggesting anddesigning improvements. 6. Optimize the performance of emailwriting via user testing and data validation. 7. Combinedata-driven and user-centric methodologies for better results. Here's what we're looking for: 1. 5+ years of experience with LinuxProfiling (focused on optimization of costs: reduction of latency,higher Qps, optimizing instance sizes, reducing the amount ofnetwork, increasing mem caching, bin packing). 2. Previousexperience with Perf and FlameGraph. 3. Previous experience withDistributed Optimization. 4. Strong analytic skills, with ahands-on approach with the ability to deliver commitments. 5. Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach toimplementation, support, and documentation. 6. Proficiency in C++or Java, with a focus on the optimization of costs. 7. AdvancedEnglish level. Desirable: 1. Familiarity with AWS EC2 and S3 andfamiliarity with monitoring for optimizing costs. 2. Experiencewith monitoring tools such as Datadog or Grafana. 3.
