Position Summary We are seeking amission-driven, globally-minded, and highly organizedleader to serve as ourGlobal Program Director. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee implementation across regions, support local leaders and coaches, ensure quality program delivery through our tech platform, and help tell the story of our impact to donors and the broader public. Key Responsibilities - Lead and supervise program delivery across countries whereFutbolTech.orgoperates, includingColombia, Ghana, and the U.S., with potential for future expansion. - Manage local coach performance and ensure consistent application of training methods. - Monitor activity on theFutbolTech.orgplatform: player registration, training sessions, attendance, and evidence of learning. - Generate program and impact reports for internal and external stakeholders. - Maintain close collaboration with the U.S.-based leadership team. - Develop and support content (photos, videos, stories, metrics) forsocial media, the website, and donor updates. - Assist with fundraising strategy, proposal writing, and donor communications. - Actively participate in the search for new partners, clients, or donors to support the growth of the organization. - Assist in QA (quality assurance) processesfor internal projects and tools. - Innovate and contribute to program development—especially theintegration of English language learning into soccer sessions.
