About the Role We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Debt Capital Markets and Structured Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and executing debt securities deals, structuring and negotiating transactions, and providing guidance on risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Origination and Deal Execution: Evaluate, structure, negotiate, and close new debt securities deals. - Deal Execution Coordination: Collaborate with various risk fields to develop a comprehensive view of bond transactions. - Risk Management Capabilities: Provide guidance to internal teams to improve the first line of defense. - Client Value and Development Impact: Deliver value to clients by finding practical technical solutions to sector challenges and achieving sustainable development impact. - Market Analysis & Insight: Collaborate within the team and across the organization to develop regional capital markets and structured finance strategies. Requirements: - Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or relevant advanced degree preferred. - Minimum 7 years of experience in debt capital markets, with a consistent track record of leading and executing local and/or international bond transactions. - Knowledge of structured finance products, securitization markets, and related regulatory frameworks is a plus. - Previous experience in developmental finance is preferred. - Candidates should possess a clear understanding of the operational work of multilateral institutions as well as an understanding of the operational frameworks of the public sector.
