As a member of the Security SolutionsOrganization (SSO), you’ll be at the forefront of this mission,ensuring our Threat Intelligence solutions empower businessesacross Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) to mitigate risks andbuild resilience in an increasingly complex cybersecuritylandscape. Your role As Senior Analyst, Product Management, ThreatIntelligence Solutions, you will support our intelligence-drivensecurity products across LAC, including go-to-market execution,revenue growth and monitoring, and product adoption, whilecollaborating with internal and external teams to drive innovation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support Regional Execution—Manage theperformance of Threat Intelligence solutions across LAC, overseeingrevenue performance, creating analyses, reports, and dashboards totrack trends, and identifying opportunities. 2. Support Revenue andProduct Adoption—Manage, support, and maintain a strong pipeline ofopportunities, ensuring transparency and progress tracking. Own theexecution of benchmarking analysis to support sales. 3. ProvideInsights & Product Improvement—Provide insights andrecommendations for continuous improvement and maintain accurateproduct documentation; engage with clients to gather feedback,address inquiries, and refine product strategy. 4. CustomerEngagement & Advocacy – Build and maintain clientrelationships, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, andcontinuous value delivery. 5. Cyber Threat Intelligence ThoughtLeadership – Provide competitive analysis to identify industrytrends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. Leverage insightsto guide product decisions. Contribute to the firm's intellectualcapital. 6. Cross-functional support – Collaborate across diversefunctional teams (e.g., sales, product, customer success) tosupport product enhancement and engagement, provide cross-training,and ensure strategic alignment. What We’re Looking For 1. Strategic& Analytical Mindset – Strong business case development,financial acumen, and ability to translate data into insights. Plan, organize, and structure own work to address client problems,synthesize analyses into relevant findings, and create impactfulstorylines. 2. Strong Communicator & Collaborator – Ability towork cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and drive impactin a fast-moving environment. 3. Threat Intelligence Knowledge(desirable) – Understanding of cyber risk management, informationsecurity, and threat intelligence solutions. 4. Payments &Financial; Sector Experience (desirable) – Industry knowledge andexperience with financial institutions, payment networks, orfintechs. 5. Product Management (desirable) – Background in productmanagement, go-to-market strategy, and customer-driven innovation.6. Multilingual Proficiency – Fluency in English (Portuguese is aplus). 7. Undergraduate degree and work experience incybersecurity, product management, consulting, corporate strategy,or business intelligence (MBA or master’s degree with relevantspecialization preferred).
