You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day. • Serves a s client facing resource. • Coordinates new matter approval process across various organization groups. • Participates and drives client weekly/monthly meetings re: account and matter review. • Drafts QBR presentation and delivers where appropriate. • Oversees the day to day management of several key client accounts. • Manages key client account resources and project staffing. • Acts as escalation point for outside counsel. • Interacts with the outside counsel on high level inquiries, issues or initiatives. • Coordinates and runs client meetings at the account level. • Drafts and circulates meeting agendas, internal and client/counsel meetings. • Engages with client on account level project requests and coordinates scoping internally. • Drives performance management of direct reports & coaching.
