About the Role This position involves overseeing financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining complex financial models to support decision-making. - Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth. - Leading the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting. - Driving improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities. - Evaluating potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to support growth initiatives. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or advanced relevant degree is desirable. - At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Expert financial modeling and analytical skills, experience in reporting and analysis in a Private Equity context. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications, such as Netsuite. - In-depth knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - A proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
